We are inviting all PlasticBusters around the world to pick up 19 pieces of plastic each week for a period of four weeks to do your bit for the environment whilst you support our fundraising effort in aid of Doctors Without Borders who are working tirelessly to help those suffering due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

IMPORTANT: There are no fixed start & finish dates, it is entirely up to you, as your four-week challenge will not start until you decide to post your first picture.

Every participant will receive a personalised certificate at the end of the challenge.

With regards to the fundraising effort, click here if you want to visit the page we have set up in JustGiving, and feel free to share with your friends and family to ask them to support your challenge.

Come join us today. Given the amount of trash out there, it won’t take you more than a few minutes a day…!

To participate:

  1. Click on this link to send an email with your details to PlasticBusters. If for some reason the link does not work for you, just send an email to mail@plasticbusters.org with the name you would like on your certificate.

  2. Take pictures of the plastic you pick and share them in our PlasticBusters Facebook page or post them in Instagram and/or Twitter using the hashtag #pick19forcovid

  3. We don’t need proof of every single picture you take, although we would love to see them! For us it’s enough to know you will be doing your best to complete the challenge…!

  4. When you finish your four week challenge, just tell us by sending a message to mail@plasticbusters.org so we can send you your  personalised certificate.

Thanks!
